A highly detailed residence shaped through a strong decorative vision and an expertly curated art collection. While positioned within Sydney’s eastern coastline, the interiors intentionally move away from a traditional coastal language, instead embracing richness, depth, and refined material expression.

Developed in collaboration with Hancock Architects and Bellevarde Constructions, the project is layered with bespoke detailing and finishes of exceptional quality throughout. Natural materials form the foundation of the interior palette, with extensive use of stone across bathrooms, flooring, wall cladding, and benchtops, bringing permanence and tactile sophistication to each space.

Custom leather detailing was introduced throughout key joinery elements, including the kitchen workbench and dressing room doors, adding warmth, richness, and a sense of craftsmanship to the home. The result is an interior that feels immersive and highly resolved — balancing decorative intensity with restraint, material beauty, and enduring elegance.
