A three-level Paddington terrace, located within the suburb’s established art precinct. Built at the turn of the century, the dwelling has been carefully reinterpreted to support elevated, large-scale terrace living while retaining its inherent architectural character.
The interiors form a tactile, layered base designed to hold a collection of art acquired through global travel. Each space is composed with restraint, allowing texture, tone, and materiality to frame objects of personal significance while maintaining a calm architectural rhythm throughout.
The project was delivered in close collaboration with Malco Built Builders, whose precision craftsmanship supported the refined detailing and material execution across all levels of the home. The result is a cohesive dialogue between design intent and construction, where every surface is carefully resolved to support both function and display
