Set within a Harry Seidler building in Elizabeth Bay, this high-level apartment draws on expansive district and harbour views while offering a considered sense of retreat within an inner-city setting. The planning balances open living with more contained zones, creating both flow and privacy.

Interiors are defined by colour-saturated rooms, softened through layered materials and subtle curves. Joinery introduces a fluid geometry that offsets the building’s original structure while maintaining a clear, resolved language.

A restrained palette of terrazzo, cement and period-referenced finishes anchors the project in its architectural context. The result is a confident, highly considered interior—calm, functional, and quietly removed from its urban surroundings.
